Just for Friends!

Ola Amigos!!!!

Well...today is "Friendship Day" and people are out there celebrating their friendship with one another, all having a good time!!!

I guess, a few lines for friends who have been a very important part of my small life so far, is long overdue...here it goes, amigos!!!!


For all the times I was bruised after a day of fun and play,
I knew I'd have a friend to help me clean my wounds...

For all the times I was scared to my bones preparing for an examination
I knew I'd have a friend sharing my fears...

For all the times I had a crush on a cute guy in class,
I knew I'd have a friend trying to hook me up with him....

For all the times I went through heart-aches,
I knew I'd have a friend to console me...

For all the times I was lonely on a birthday,
I knew I'd have Friends who would come by and make my day!!!

I may have lost touch with some, not spoken to some for eons and probably had fights too many...
But, that doesn't stop me from wanting to "Thank You" for making me realize that for every bad choice I made in life, FRIENDS were the Only right choice I ever made!!!!
